Updates Mailing List: March Meeting Notice

Friends,

Hope you will join us on Tuesday, March 9th for our next meeting.  We 
are scheduled to welcome Cindy Sexton, President of the Teachers 
Association of Baltimore County (TABCO), and education advocate Yara 
Cheikh for a discussion about the return to school and the state of 
public education amid the pandemic. Please plan to join us and  bring 
your questions.  The meeting begins at 7:00 pm and will be held online 
over Zoom.  We will distribute log in information via this email list a 
day or so ahead of the meeting.

At the March 9th meeting we will also complete the process of electing 
Club leadership.   The following slate of officers candidates will stand 
for election:  Henry Callegary, President; Dan Meyer, Vice President; 
Noel Levy, Treasurer; and Liz Brown, Secretary.  The slate of candidates 
for at-large director are Kathy Bustraan, Ruth Goldstein, Ben Lawrence, 
Susan Lobas, Polly Papp, Jonathan Schwartz, Scott Sokol, and Dorothy 
Towsley.  A big thank you to everyone willing to serve.
