Friends,

    The
      Club intends to hold leadership elections during its March 9
      meeting.  A Nominating Committee, chaired by Jonathan Schwartz,
      has been convened to identify candidates for Club leadership for
      the two year period beginning on March 9, 2021.  The
      Nominating Committee nominates the following members to serve as
      officers :  Henry Callegary, President; Dan Meyer, Vice President;
      Noel Levy, Treasurer; and Liz Brown, Secretary.

The Club will also elect 9 at-large members of the Board on March 9.  The nominees to serve as at-large members of the Board are:   Kathy Bustraan, Ruth Goldstein, Ben Lawrence, Susan Lobas, Polly Papp, Jonathan Schwartz, Scott Sokol, and Dorothy Towsley.  There is one open slot

Any other member interested in serving on the Board as either an officer or as an at-large member may nominate him or herself by either emailing the Chair of the Nominating Committee or by emailing cbcdc [at] cbcdc.org.  The deadline for all nominations is noon on Sunday, February 28, 2021.  All contested positions will be decided at the March 9 election.

We are grateful for everyone who has served the Club in leadership roles and encourage everyone who is interested in serving now to get involved.
