Updates Mailing List: Report of the Nominating Committee

Friends:

Per the Central Baltimore County Democratic Club bylaws, a nominating committee was created to make nominations to the club’s Board of Directors. Judy Harris, the chair of the nominating committee was appointed by the current club President. Dottie Towsley and Scott Sokol were appointed to the nominating committee by a vote of the current board of directors. Polly Papp, Dan Meyer and Susan Anthony were elected to the committee by the membership of the club.

Calls for nominations to the board were given at the club meeting of March 12, 2019 and sent via email to the club membership on March 19, 2019.

The nominating committee met on March 26, 2019 at 6:30 pm (Susan Anthony was unable to attend). After reviewing nominations, the committee voted to approve the following slate:

President: Kathleen Bustraan

Vice President: Dan Meyer

Secretary: Henry Callegary

Treasurer: Ben Lawrence

Immediate Past President: Jonathan Schwartz

Board of Directors:

All club members are invited to attend club board meetings.

Elections will be held at the club meeting on April 9, 2019.
