CBCDC ENDORSEMENT MEETING AGENDA: April 12, 2016

6:30 PM: Doors open and members are invited to socialize and have a snack.
Also, a sign-up sheet will be available for those who wish to speak during
the endorsement proceedings for the Presidential primary.


7:00 PM: The meeting will be called to order


7:00 - 7:30: Members will have the opportunity to speak in favor of either
Secretary Clinton or Senator Sanders (alternating). Comments will be limited
to 2 or 3 minutes depending on the number of speakers. Those arriving after
7 PM can still sign-up to speak.


7:30 PM: Voting will take place by secret ballot at approximately 7:30 PM.
Members in good standing must be present to vote. There are no proxies or
early voting. We will not close voting any earlier than 7:30 PM. The count
will take place immediately following the close of voting.  One person who
spoke for each candidate along with a member of the Club Executive Committee
will count the ballots.

legislative session

The following message may be of interest to CBCDC members. The CBCDC has not yet endorsed a candidate in the Democratic presidential primary. Our endorsement meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016.

 

Secretary Hillary Clinton will be in Baltimore on Sunday, April 10 for a rally at City Garage, 101 W. Dickman Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 in South Baltimore. Doors open at 12:30pm, event starts at 2:30pm and ends at 3:45pm. &n bsp;
