Friends:

Lots of updates this month as we approach election day on November 3rd.

October Meeting

Please join the CBCDC on Tuesday, October 13th as we welcome Rep. John Sarbanes to the CBCDC.  The meeting will be held online via Zoom and will begin at 7:00 pm.  We circulate log in instructions a day ahead of the meeting.  Hope you will join us for our last meeting before the election.

Campaign Signs

Democrats are looking to place a number of large format Biden/Harris signs around the County but we need places to put them.  If you have privately owned residential or commercial property at a prominent location (intersection, busy street) and would like a sign for your property, please respond to this email with your name and the property address.  We will follow up with you. The signs will be installed and taken down after election day all at no cost to you and without contact.  Please let us know if you can help.

If you are still looking for residential yard signs, let us know as well.  We will try to help.

Central Committee Vacancy

The Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee (Central Committee) has a position to fill for the 12th Legislative District due to the resignation of a member of the Central Committee.  To apply, applicants must be registered Democratic voters and residents of Baltimore County’s Legislative District 12. Interested individuals should submit an application, a resume, and a letter of interest indicating their professional, civic and political experience and why they are interested in serving on the Central Committee. Materials should be e-mailed to Info [at] BaltimoreCountyDems.com with the subject line "BCDSCC District 12 Application" or mailed USPS to BCDSCC, Attention: Nominations Subcommittee, P.O. Box 19092, Towson, MD 21286 no later than 11:59 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020.

All applicants will be interviewed publicly, and interviews will be conducted by the remaining Legislative District 12 Central Committee members between November 9, 2020 and November 13, 2020. Once application materials are received, applicants will be notified of the exact time of their interview.  Interviews will be conducted virtually via ZOOM and streamed live from the Central Committee's Facebook page.  For more information and an application, visit the Central Committee's website.

Thanks to all.

Kathy
