Updates Mailing List: URGENT: CBCDC Meeting Tomorrow will be a Board Meeting

As you know, the September CBCDC meeting is set for tomorrow evening (Tuesday, September 12th).  That meeting is CANCELLED and will be replaced by a meeting of the CBCDC Board of Directors.

The monthly membership meeting is cancelled because two of our scheduled speakers notified us that they will not be able to attend the meeting as scheduled.  We got word of one cancellation about 10 days ago; we learned of the other cancellation this afternoon.  Our efforts to secure alternate speakers were not successful.  The decision to cancel the general meeting tomorrow is a difficult decision to make, but we want to be respectful of members' time.

The meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at 301 Allegheny  Avenue,  Towson, Maryland 21204.  Doors will open at 6:30 pm, the board meeting will start at 7:00 pm.  Members of the CBCDC are welcome to sit in on the board meeting and we hope some of you will do so.  It's a great opportunity to participate,  learn more about the Club and to find ways to be more involved.

Apologies for the last minute change of plans.  Hope to see some of you tomorrow and we look forward to getting back on track with some special guests on October 10th.
