In life, anything worth accomplishing requires first paying your dues. If you want that promotion at work, you’ve got to put in the overtime. If you want to play center field for the Orioles, you’ve got to spend hours in  batting cage. If you want to run for office, you’ve got to spend long days knocking on doors and making phone calls.

If you want to be a member of the best, most active, most progressive political club in Baltimore County? All you need to give is $20 and a couple hours of your time each month. That’s right; it’s time to pay your Central Baltimore County Democratic Club annual membership dues.

Your membership dues allow us to have a space to meet each month, provide snacks and refreshments at each meeting, and send out a semi-monthly newsletter. Also, this year your executive board is working on new projects that will make the club experience bigger, better, and more fun (more on that at our next few meetings).  If you feel that having the best Democratic Club in Baltimore County is worth doing, be sure to pay your dues. We literally can’t do it without you.

And an excellent opportunity to pay those dues comes April 12^th at our next General Membership Meeting. We’ll be talking about the labor uprisings in Wisconsin and Ohio and the situation our own public employees are facing in Anne Arundel County. Come on down, see your friends, and, hopefully, learn a little something.

The Central Baltimore County Democratic Club is looking for new members to strengthen the club and the Democratic Party in Baltimore County. We meet monthly to socialize, meet with elected officials and candidates, and to take political action in our community. Membership is open to all registered Democrats, and dues are just $20.00 per person per year.
