INVITED:              Congressman Sarbanes, Senator Mikulski, Senator Cardin, Councilman & County Executive candidate Kevin Kamenetz, State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger, Sheriff Jay Fisher, Register Wills Grace Connolly, Clerk of the Circuit Court Julie Ensor, Jedges of the Orphan’s Court Colleen Cavanaugh, William Evans & Theresa Lawler

 

PURPOSE:           TO encourage residents of the 42^nd district, and specifically east Towson, to vote early. Post-rally, participants will walk/carpool to the early vote site at Towson University.

 

AGENDA:             To be determined, but loosely:

                               

                                10a-12p                Team 42 & volunteers canvass neighborhood to pull voters to early vote                               rally

 

                                12p                         Participants arrive, mingle with candidates 7 electeds

 

                                12:30p                   Speaking program begins

 

                                1:15p                     Participants walk/carpool to Towson University

 

NOTES:                 We are inviting local progressive radio stations to broadcast live from the event. This tactic is typically very successful in encouraging early voting.
